Pulse 2.0 reports that Arrive has completed its acquisition of Passport, combining mobility technology with parking payments, enforcement, and curbside management. Passport serves more than 800 cities and parking operators across North America.

Arrive plans to bring these capabilities together in a City OS that helps municipalities coordinate curb space, payments, and mobility data as autonomous transportation expands. Existing products and services will continue operating normally while the companies integrate over time.
